The Grizzly

Description

Grizzly is a classic wooden roller coaster at California’s Great America that delivers a bumpy, rumbling ride through a forested setting. Trains climb a tall lift hill before diving into twisting drops, sharp turns, and quick transitions that keep the pace lively from start to finish. The experience feels more about speed and rattling fun than extreme height or inversions, making it approachable for many coaster fans while still offering plenty of thrills. With its creaking structure and roaring trains, it adds a nostalgic, traditional coaster vibe to the park’s lineup.
