Georgia Gold Rusher is a classic family roller coaster that winds through the wooded hills of Six Flags Over Georgia with a fun, old-time mining theme. Trains rattle along steel track that hugs the terrain, dipping and turning rather than going for huge drops, so the thrills feel fast and playful instead of extreme. Much of the ride stays low to the ground, giving a sense of speed as you zip past trees and over small hills. It’s a great step up for younger coaster fans and a nostalgic favorite for longtime visitors.
